Transportation Information for Delegates:
Arrival in Abuja:
- Transportation will be available for delegates from Abuja airport to the recommended hotels upon arrival.
- Bus shuttles will be provided from the recommended hotels to and from the meeting venue during the event.
Non-Recommended Hotels:
- Delegates staying in non-recommended hotels will need to arrange their own transportation.
Arrival in Lagos:
- Transportation will be available for delegates arriving at Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, to the Domestic Airport(s) for their onward journey to Abuja Domestic Airport.
Important Note:
- Registered delegates must complete the transportation form no later than Sunday, 4th May 2025.

IFAIMA Global AIM Conference 2025: Health & Vaccination Information
Important Health Notice for Delegates:
All delegates attending the IFAIMA Global AIM Conference in Abuja must adhere to the following health requirements:
- Vaccination:
A valid yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry into Nigeria. - Health Declaration Form:
Delegates must complete a Health Declaration Form before departure for a smoother immigration process. Keeping a copy is advised.

How to Apply:
- Register for the Global AIM Conference.
- Visit the Nigerian Immigration Service’s official VOA website: Nigeria Immigration Service.
- Sign in and complete the online visa application form.
- Upload the required documents (check here for details).
- Please merge your invitation letter from IFAIMA together with the one issued by the LOC as one document before uploading. The invitation issued by the LOC should be the first page.
- Make your payment online.
- Print the confirmation page with your application ID and reference number.
- Print your payment acknowledgment slip.
- Send evidence of your payment acknowledgment slip here.
- Wait for approval via email.
- Print the approval letter and bring it with you to Nigeria.
Important Reminders:
- VOA applications must be submitted ten (10) days before your intended date of arrival.
- Delegates who wish to use the visa-on-arrival service must complete their conference registration and complete this form on or before 4th May 2025.
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from entry.
- A confirmed return ticket is required.

Delegates can create their profiles, upload all required documents, save the applications, and come back to submit and make payment ten (10) days before their intended date of arrival.
