About the Event

Building on the success of GAIM Abuja 2025, the IFAIMA Global AIM Conference 2026 (GAIM Amman 2026) will take place in Amman, Jordan, from 12 to 14 May 2026, in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC).

GAIM Amman 2026 will bring together the global Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) community to review current developments, address implementation challenges, and discuss future directions under the theme “AIS to AIM: What’s Holding Us Back — and How We Move Forward.”

Registration is now open for the IFAIMA Global AIM Conference 2026. GAIM Amman 2026 will bring together Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) professionals, aviation authorities, service providers, industry partners, and key stakeholders from around the world to address current developments and future directions in AIM.

Join the global AIM community for three days of strategic dialogue, technical exchange, and professional collaboration on Aeronautical Information Management.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION – Important Notice: Please note that registration without payment does not qualify for Early Bird rates. Early Bird registration is available at special rates and is valid until 14 februay 2026, subject to availability. To qualify for Early Bird pricing: Registration must be completed through the official conference portal. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Early Bird places are limited and may close before the deadline. Early Bird discounts cannot be combined with other offers. IFAIMA reserves the right to verify eligibility and adjust or withdraw Early Bird offers if necessary.

JORDAN TOURIST DESTINATIONS

Delegates attending the Global AIM Conference – Amman 2026 will have the opportunity to experience the rich cultural, historical, and natural heritage of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Many of the country’s most renowned destinations are easily accessible from Amman, making it convenient for participants to extend their stay before or after the conference.

Petra

Around 3 to 4 hours’ drive. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, carved into rose-red sandstone cliffs.

Dead Sea

Approximately 1 hour from Amman. The lowest point on Earth, famous for its hypersaline waters and mineral-rich mud with therapeutic properties.

Al‑Maghtas

Around 1 hour from Amman. A UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized as the traditional baptism site of Jesus Christ.

Jerash

About 45 minutes to 1 hour away. One of the best-preserved Roman provincial cities, featuring colonnaded streets, temples, and theatres.

Madaba & Mount Nebo

Approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from Amman. Madaba is renowned for its Byzantine mosaics, while Mount Nebo is traditionally associated with Moses viewing the Promised Land.

Wadi Rum

Approximately 4 to 4.5 hours from Amman. Known as the “Valley of the Moon,” offering dramatic desert landscapes and Bedouin cultural experiences.

Aqaba

About 4 to 5 hours away. Jordan’s only coastal city, providing access to the Red Sea for diving, snorkelling, and seaside relaxation.
