1. Please note: visa on Arrival Support: Visa on Arrival support will be provided for those who encounter difficulties obtaining visas at their respective embassies or consulates, or for those who prefer the Visa on Arrival route.  Visa on Arrival (VOA) process is available here: [Nigerian Visa on Arrival Information Document]

2. Letters of Invitation and Visa Support: Upon registration for the event, you will receive letters of invitation and visa support letters to assist with your visa application.

3. Nigerian Overseas Missions: You can locate the nearest Nigerian Overseas Missions where you can request a visa HERE.

4. Recommended Visa Type: The recommended visa type to apply for is the Business visa (F4A).

5. Consular Office Guidance: For those requiring a visa to enter Nigeria, kindly check the consular office nearest to you for detailed information on the requirements, as these can vary by country.

6. Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid, with a minimum validity of six (6) months from your date of entry into Nigeria.

7. Processing Time: The visa processing time varies depending on the country of application. Kindly confirm the processing timeline with the consular office closest to you.
